By accessing https://www.wanix.shop or using WANIX-PM JV's services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
WANIX-PM JV provides computer systems design, integration, cloud, security, data, and related services. Each engagement is defined by a separate agreement.
Website content is owned by WANIX-PM JV. Work product transfers per the applicable agreement upon full payment.
Clients must provide accurate information, grant access, provide timely feedback, and pay fees as agreed.
Fees per agreement. Invoices due within 30 days. Late payments may incur 1.5% monthly interest.
Both parties maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. This obligation survives termination.
Liability limited to fees paid for the specific service. Not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Services provided "as is" without warranties.
Either party may terminate per the agreement.
These terms are governed by Ohio law. Disputes resolved in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
